My stay at this hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were well equipped with all appliances including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The best part was the incredible breakfast offered; it was definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. Additionally, the large indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation. However, I did encounter a bed bug issue in the room, but the service staff handled it professionally and promised to compensate once they investigate the matter further.

I had a pleasant stay at the BW Mountain View. The rooms were clean and quiet, and they serve the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel.
